No partying loud, no bugs, no druggies, smoke cigarettes outside. Keep to yourself and keep common areas clean. Laundry is available in the house and shared kitchen and bathroom.

Currently 3 people live here. One is leaving at the beginning of october. My brother and I live here. Im 29 and I live in the basement and my brother is 27 and he lives upstairs in the main house. We are 420 friendly gamers, my brother works from home and we both are easy to get along with and live around.
