The house is a three bedroom, two and a half bathroom townhouse located just behind the Claireview Rec Center and five blocks walking away from the Claireview LRT station. It has a large kitchen, in suite laundry and a two car garage (which is available and I will not be charging extra for). There is a shared full bath on the third floor along with a private ensuite bath for the master bedroom, along with a half bath near the dining room. There is a small room off of the entry way that could be made into a small fitness room, workshop or otherwise used for storage. We are within walking distance of three different grocery stores and numerous other shops, as well as a train ride away from just about anywhere in the city.

I am a thirty-three-year-old night shift worker who is looking to get into a townhouse nearer to where I work. I spend most nights working, most days sleeping and most of my days off out of the house. I occasionally cook big meals for meal prep and I am not opposed to sharing if you’re willing to chip in for ingredients.
