Quite home located in a mature neighbourhood. Basement suite has two seniors living in it, I have the main floor and you would get the two bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom has an ensuite half bath and the second living room is furnished as a living room with a daybed

About the roomies

Two elderly in the basement, and one 43 year old male in the main floor (me). I work afternoon shift so if you work 9-5 we would rarely see each other.
