Apartment is shared with 1 female. Private bedrooms. 2 cats live on the premises (but stick to themselves) so no other pets. Better suited for person under 6ft tall as in a few areas the ceiling is a bit lower. A small area of ceiling to get to the room maybe 5’9“ ish.
No smoking inside. Quiet neighbourhood.
