It’s located on a property 7 km outside Cranbrook, you need your own transportation. Only non smokers (cigarettes, vaping, cannabis) may apply. Respectful and clean environment, no loud music and partying. Everybody cleans up after themselves. Infloor heat, laminate and tile floors, upstairs, bright and sunny, shared kitchen and bathroom (laundry) with one person . Parking for one vehicle.

Max 3 people would be living in the house, at the moment it is one very quiet and very clean person living in the house. This is a quiet, clean, respectful, and non smoking environment, and we want to keep it like this!! Thanks for only applying when you would fit in there.
