About the room
Available immediately until the end of April 2026. I am looking for a female roommate to rent a fully furnished private bedroom in a house. The room, located upstairs, comes with its own lock and key for added privacy. Rent is $700 per month and includes all utilities and Wi-Fi. The home is conveniently situated within walking distance to the bus stop and Tuscany Station, providing easy access to nearby amenities. A shared laundry room is also available upstairs.
