Lovely two story apartment located right next to a grocery store and pharmacy, and a short walk or bus ride from Dalhousie campus! Upstairs has a nice kitchen and small but cozy living area. The available bedroom is located on the bottom floor of the unit and has a bathroom shared with one other person. A desk, bookshelf, and bed frame with tons of storage are all built in to the room, so it is essentially furnished. A mattress and desk chair can be left in the room or removed based on preference.

The room is available until May 1st 2026, when our lease ends. Heat and water are included in the rent, electric is separate and evenly split 3 ways. Wifi is split evenly 3 ways at$ 21.70/month per person. There is a washer and dryer in unit and at no additional cost.

I would ideally like to find someone interested in a lease takeover, in which case the deposit would be waved.

You would be living with two 21 year old females, who are currently students at Dalhousie university. Both are student athletes and very responsible and laid back.
