This is a charming quiet family home perfect for a single professional individual who does not mind residing in an historic family oriented downtown Peterborough neighborhood. Bus stops outside, great well appointed house that is owner occupied. I am a dog behaviour specialist who takes senior dogs saving them from euthanasia. I only ever have a single dog at a time and am pretty easy to get along with. I’m located in The Avenues/Old South End, walking distance to everything. My last two house tenants stayed for 5 years & 9 years respectively.

497 square foot third floor loft with gas fireplace Roots leather armchair TV wifi cable etc. A great house to decompress in. Although smoking is not permitted in the house I have both a back garden with covered porch and the front porch area. Great kitchen dining room and a lovely second floor 5 piece bathroom.
