This is a 2 bedroom separate section of a larger house, this section is build brand new with access to the back yard and own separate entrance. I’m renting out the smaller room so I’ll be paying the larger part of the rent. Utilities included except wifi.

I’ll be moving to the property just before October and be paying majority of the rent. I’m quiet, keep tomyself and like to keep everything clean and neat. I’m a chef, I work near to the house along with the landlord of the house. I’m a sri lankan and the landlord is canadian.
