• Utilities not included (roughly $50 a month)

The Revalie is a student housing building for Carleton students. The apartment is a 7 minute walk to the 2 O-Train, Mooney’s Bay station. There is additionally a shuttle bus that runs every 30 minutes that takes students to and from Carleton. The shuttle also runs to Walmart in Billings bridge once a day.

Money’s Bay beach is a 10 minute walk. There are numerous restaurants including Popeyes, Subway and Meltwich attached to the building. There is also an Aisle 24, a 24hr self-serve convenience store.

Roommates are very clean and neat, it is not a loud apartment and everyone is very respectful of each other’s space.
