This room is available to move in on October 1st for a minimum of 3 months (preferably longer though). It is in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit and will be shared with a roommate. The entire condo is furnished except for your bedroom. Single occupancy only.

This condo has floor to ceiling windows, kitchen, living room, in-suite laundry, and a balcony with beautiful views. The kitchen includes new appliances with large countertops and storage space. Efficient layout with bedrooms on opposite sides of the unit providing lots of privacy!

You will also have access to the gym, lounge area, 24/7 concierge, bike lockers, and storage lockers.

There are available parking spots in the building to rent if needed.

No smoking, and no pets.

Located in the heart of Yaletown surrounded by a wide variety of great restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, grocery stores, BC place and Rogers arena all within walking distance!

Multiple skytrain stations are near by including the Yaletown - Roundhouse station that is 2 blocks away.
