I got temporarily stuck in Europe because my visa expired. I’ve already submitted all documents for a new one, but the processing time may take around one or even two months. So I’m looking for someone to temporarily take over my cozy room during this time.

It’s a den in a two-bedroom, one-bath apartment. The room is small but very cozy, with a bed, cabinet, desk and floor lamps, and a side table. The apartment is located downtown, on the 34th floor of a new building with great amenities — gym, movie theatre, and billiard room.

I’m looking for a reliable, clean person. $800/month, all included.

There are two other private rooms. Both roommates are young guys (18 and 21), working full time. Everyone is friendly, respectful, and keeps to themselves.
