🏡 I live here with my partner (she’s a woman) and our small hypoallergenic dog. Our bedroom is in the basement, and we share the rest of the home — kitchen, dining area, living room, bathroom and half-bathroom (powder room) — with our housemates in a friendly, respectful atmosphere.

We keep a calm, clean, and non-smoking home (no tobacco or cannabis) — no parties, just a peaceful, comfortable environment for everyone.

🛏️ Large, bright and cozy room with a very comfortable bed, desk, closet, and smart TV with Netflix & Prime Video included. Each room has its own key and lock for privacy and peace of mind.

🏡 J’habite sur place avec ma conjointe et notre petit chien hypoallergénique. Notre chambre est au sous-sol, et nous partageons les aires communes — cuisine, salle à manger, salon, salle de bain et salle d’eau — avec les colocataires, dans une ambiance conviviale, calme et respectueuse.

Nous tenons à un environnement propre, paisible et non-fumeur (tabac ou cannabis), sans fêtes, afin que tout le monde s’y sente bien.

🛏️ Chambre spacieuse, lumineuse et accueillante avec lit très confortable, bureau, garde-robe et télé intelligente avec Netflix et Prime Video inclus. Chaque chambre possède sa propre clé pour plus d’intimité et de tranquillité.
