It is a safe and well maintained by the condo board and popular with students that attend Carleton University and Algonquin college The home is a student household and the students are focused on their education The room is located upstairs comes with a closet and dresser . ( please bring your own bed and desk )The bedroom window overlooks the backyard and faces west . The house has three levels and lots of space in the common areas to relax , study and prepare meals . A gated backyard for privacy that backs on to a park . The lower level has a washer and dryer and storage area

The current roommate that is leaving has graduated and is moving into her own place . The other ladies are 4th year students at Carleton , one masters student and one nursing student at Algonquin college
