About the room
The Room: Approx 12x14’ furnished bedroom on top floor of family home- not wheelchair accessible.
The House: 10 year old Family home on East Promontory. Currently occupied by The Owners (68 disabled gentleman, and his 41 year old son), as well as a refugee from Ukraine. Currently this is an all-male household.
What’s included: Rent, utilities including basic wifi, and off street parking on a first come first served basis- otherwise street parking
No overnight guests
Note- we are unable to accept cats into the home due to allergies. There is no smoking cigarettes or cannabis on the property- vape is ok.
About the roomies
3 men, all family. 69, 42, and 36. Home is light disability friendly but no wheelchair access. Roomies are expected to participate in household cleaning.
