About the room
The Room: Approx 12x14’ furnished bedroom on top floor of family home- not wheelchair accessible.
The House: 10 year old Family home on East Promontory. Currently occupied by The Owners (68 disabled gentleman, and his 41 year old son), as well as a refugee from Ukraine. Currently this is an all-male household.
What’s included: Rent, utilities including basic wifi, and off street parking.
Renting below market rate at $750, but willing to negotiate lower rent in exchange for companion care (non medical) for the senior male, as well as landscaping work in the Spring. This would be ideal for a work or study from home person.
Note- we are unable to accept cats into the home due to allergies. There is no smoking cigarettes or cannabis on the property- vape is ok.
