About the room
The Room: Approx 12x14’ furnished bedroom on top floor of family home- not wheelchair accessible.
The House: 10 year old Family home on East Promontory. Currently occupied by The Owners (68 disabled gentleman, and his 41 year old son), as well as a refugee from Ukraine. Currently this is an all-male household.
What’s included: Rent, utilities including basic wifi, and off street parking on a first come first served basis- otherwise street parking
No overnight guests
Note: There is no cannabis or tobacco smoking on the property. Vape is ok.
About the roomies
The house is owned by a retired 69 year old male and his 42 year old son. Also in the house is a 38 year old family member.
Because of the nature of our work, we sometimes work from home and require a quite household. This is not the place for partiers.
