The unit includes in-suite laundry, dishwasher, air conditioning, and full kitchen appliances. Shared spaces feature a dining table, sofa bed, and plenty of natural light. If you want TV or Wi-Fi, you’ll need to bring your own. Your private bedroom has large windows, a wide closet, a white desk, and an optional double bunk bed frame (no mattress). You’ll have full use the main bathroom, which is shared only occasionally with visitors. There’s one parking spot (included in rent) and access to shared bike racks in the parking garage. Rent for the sublet room is $1200/month (I’m open to negotiating a bit), plus hydro (approx. $35–$50/month) that you’ll pay. Renter’s insurance is required for your belongings. Please use your own bathroom cleaning and laundry supplies. The condo is kept very clean and organized, so shared chores are expected—no dishes left in the sink, and all shared areas (including floors) should be maintained in a tidy state.

I work remotely but will be staying with a family member nearby for a few months to help them so you’ll mostly have the space to yourself.
