Looking for a person to take over my lease in the Liv apartments, located at 207 Bell Street North. -I am moving out to travel and my roommate needs another working professional female willing to start their lease in November. She has a very friendly cat named hazel. Looking for someone clean and responsible -Rent is $1250, hydro not included. The lease is month to month and upon moving in first and last will be required. -I am willing to leave my bed, mirror, desk and dressers for a low price.
