About the room
I am renting 2 bedrooms with the 2 bathrooms in a beautiful 3 story condo (with the basement). This townhouse is on the Lake Erie and oversee the lake and the forest in the back. The townhouse complex has a heated pool and there are snow removal and landscaping companies that take care of the site. The distance to the beach is 4 min walking. Big dog is welcome.
About the roomies
I am currently working out site and will retain one room (den) downstairs in the house. Will keep it locked. I have a large dog, husky and will be coming to stay possibly a week or 3 days out of the month during the year and a bit more often in the summer. My roommates will pretty much enjoy the whole house to themselves most of the time.
