A furnished room in our 4 bedroom apartment. Utilities, internet and shared staples included. We occupy the top two floors of a Roncesvalles Victorian house with access to a front porch, a backyard, laundry, one bathroom, (shower/no tub), street parking by permit. The apartment has over 20 stairs to enter. The house is usually quiet by midnight on weekdays. The bedroom is on the second floor, south facing, with hardwood floors, 9’ dark teal walls, approximately 14’x12’. The closet is small, 3’ wide. There is a bed, mirror and bureau. There are optional bedding, towels, desk and bookshelf.

Our communal house is looking for a collectively minded person to sublet for a year or two. This is a queer and queer positive multigenerational space with an actor/writer, a musician, a psych student/writer. We are seeking a warm and easygoing, mature flatmate, who is mindful of the environment, clean, covid aware, respectful of personal space and thoughtful of noise. The vibe is very relaxed, we’ve been living here for years, we are kind and warm to each other. People are busy, but we chat all the time and occaisionally make meals for one another. This house is great for people who like to walk in the woods. The forest is a minute away. The lake is down the road.
