Mature women! Come and share my super artsy, cozy home that’s full of plants and has two of the cutest cats you could meet! You will have two unfurnished rooms all to yourself (one is larger, big enough for a queen bed, the other is more the size of an office or workout room). The rooms are unfurnished (only furnished in photos) but you will have access to the furnished living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry room. I have a pretty backyard that backs onto a field, then a forest, then the Thames Valley Parkway, then the river!

Please, you must be a friendly, sociable person. I don’t expect us to be best friends, but amicable and cordial at least. You need to be okay with me having art gatherings
on the main floor once a month, and be open to me having friends come and go. I will never be noisy after 11pm.

I am 20 minutes bike ride (or 10 mins drive) from downtown or argyle mall or Fanshawe College.
