10 Min walk from Highstreet mall. Accessible to all needed essentials. Landlord (Jas) is super nice and understanding. Pet/Smoke Free. In this partially underground basement suite, you’d be getting the master bedroom which has a small walk in closet and a door lock for privacy (I have the smaller bedroom not pictured). Kitchen, Living room, Bathroom, and Washer will obviously be shared in which I have stuff that will be shared as well (Kitchenware n such). There is NO Dryer or Dishwasher, but I do have a drying rack for both to share. Rent is split 50/50 ($1650 total, You and I would pay $825 each just to clarify) with a damage deposit when you move in of $413 for your half (1/2 months rent is usually the dmg deposit). This is not including internet ($35 for 1gb speed) and hydro every 2nd month (It varies since it’s split with landlord but if in a tight spot I can cover your portion). This place has been amazing for me and I hope it can be amazing to you too :) Reason for posting is current roommate saved and bought place. Will be more than willing to meetup/give a tour of the place.

Hello! Your only roommate/tenant would be me (Phoenix). I am a 26yr male trades worker for SD39. Usual work week is Mon-Fri basically 5:30am-4:30/5:30pm. When I’m not working I am usually playing games or hanging out with friends. I live a pretty simple life, easy to talk/communicate with. Love to play guitar and sing, and my favourite above all, napping lol. I am also nerdy as well. Would love to keep living here if I can find a roommate in time.
