About the room

The room is on the smaller end, but big enough for a regular desk, one-person bed and maybe small wardrobe. The neighbourhood is surrounded by quite a few eateries as well as favourable transit spots.

About the roomies

The landlord lives upstairs with his family, some of whom are extended relatives. While they are moving out soon, my current roommate keeps to themselves, doing their own thing. I also keep to myself for the most part, so the entire unit altogether respects each other’s privacy. Just a note that I am a smoker, however I only do it outside of the suite and never inside, in case that poses an issue for anyone.
