Tisi's room

Hello! I’m currently renting out two rooms in a three bedroom townhouse in Kanata. Both are fully furnished. All utilities are included - internet, hydro, water, gas. There’s a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. There’s a single driveway with enough room for another car. There’s also a lot of extra storage in the basement, if you need more and each room has complimentary beddings, if needed.

The rent for each rooms are First (single) room: $920 Second (double) room: $970 (First and last month rent would be required).

There are a few shopping complexes close by, as well as a Walmart and other grocery stores. There are a lot of restaurants too if you fancy eating a good takeout. The neighbourhood is quiet and family-oriented. It’s great for evening strolls and is an all around relaxing environment. I (the landlord) do not live on the property. The listing is for females only and students are free to enquire.

The current roommate is a young lady in her 20s. She’s reserved, clean, and friendly. More of a homebody and rarely has guests over.
