• Security Deposit: Half of the rent (It will be returned to you, when you leave the place with 1 month notice in advance)

• Furnished: Yes (1 Very Comfy Bed, Microwave, Fridge Etc.). Kindly Note: You need to bring/use your own utensils.

• Location: Safe neighborhood near Nodel Way Intersection. Bus stops (5 minutes walking), restaurants, grocery stores nearby. Closest Sky Train: Scott Rd. Station (5 Min Via Bus).

• No Smoke/No Drugs/No Party.

• Proof of employment is required
• 2 references & 1 piece of government ID is MUST.
• Long term preferred (Minimum 6 Months to Maximum up to whenever you want to stay).
