About the room

This is a new building in the heart of Korea town in South Coquitlam. It has a very beautiful gym that is clean and have a decent variety of equipment. Right below, at the ground level of the building is a sushi restaurant and a Paris Baguette. Great for people on the go.

The location itself is surrounded by many different restaurants and grocery stores. It’s literally right beside an H-Mart and across the street from a HNS. There is a Costco and IKEA that is around a 6-10min drive to. It’s also a 10min walk to the Loughheed Skytrain Station, and is the perfect place for a student especially going to SFU.

There is also a parking space available for rent for an additional $180 if you need it.

About the roomies

We are a newly married couple in our 30s. We are both employed and are quiet and non smoking. We’re friendly people that are always open to make friends if we all vibe together ☺️
