In West shore area close to Royal Roads University, Langford, Colwood, Highway 14. Bus routes to UVic, Camosun and downtown. On second floor, no elevator. Move-in ready, spacious 14’ x 16’. Furnished with single bed, mattress, side tables, closet with hangers, bookshelves, desk and chairs. Rest of the house is completely furnished. Shared use of kitchen. Rent includes all utilities (heat, hydro), unlimited Wi-Fi. Very quiet, non-smoking building. No smoking, no drugs, no parties, no pets. Parking on driveway. Some storage (additional $25/mo)! Laundry room use included.

I am an older woman working full time. Welcoming sensible, friendly, cooperative person to use the additional room in my home. Short-term stays for people visiting family in-town, or longer-term for university students.
