This is a stacked townhouse with myself occupying the master bedroom and renting out the spare bedroom. No parking availability but can try to assist in finding a parking rental if interested. Fully furnished home with access to amenities. No guests until we can build a rapport first. Room already set up with desktop dock, deck, office chair and shelving. Separate closet to hang clothing and sort items. Washroom and laundry steps away since upstairs is smaller in size. While this is not an accessible unit depending on the situation i could try to find accommodations.

I am a working professional and work remote some days. I also have a pet rabbit that occupies a portion of the living area. Quiet home and looking for someone of the same nature. Keeping place tidy is a must for everyone’s benefit! I am born and raised in Canada so I only speak English and I tend to not have restrictions on dietary items just preferable not too odorous.
