We’re offering a private junior room in a high-rise apartment in Toronto’s Entertainment District — steps from King, Queen, and Adelaide. The room is fully enclosed with a door and closet, and fits a queen bed and desk comfortably. It receives natural light through an interior glass panel (no exterior window) and is available semi-furnished or unfurnished.

You’ll have access to the second bathroom, which is dedicated to you but may occasionally be used by visiting guests. The apartment features a huge balcony with stunning city views, in-suite laundry, and shared kitchen and living room.

Ideally, we’re looking for someone who can stay 4 months or longer.

The building offers top-tier amenities: gym, outdoor pool, year-round steam room, yoga studio, BBQ terrace, study rooms, spa, theater room, and 24/7 concierge. TTC is right outside, and the location is unbeatable for nightlife, restaurants, and cultural events.

We’re a couple in our thirties — creative, clean, and easygoing — living in the master bedroom with our friendly cat. We’re tenants here, not owners, and we’re looking for one respectful, trustworthy person to share the space. We value a peaceful, organized home and are happy to welcome someone who’s independent and friendly.
