It is a spacious carpeted corner 2nd floor apt., with north and west facing windows.there is a small west facing balcony. It is very close to buses, and a 15 minute walk to the beach and downtown. There is an elevator. Heat and hot water included. Hydro is about $30/mo. I have internet ($90/2=45) but not cable. I do not watch tv much but I stream when I do. Close to groceries (QF) and pharmacy (650 m away). No smoking on the property. No dogs, cats allowed with management approval. I like them but would prefer no cat. There is a game and excercise room. It is sparsely furnished in the living area, nothing in bedroom. Cheap storage (approx 4’w x 8’ l x 10’h @ $15/mo) in building depending on availabilty.

I am a 55 year old single male.I have lived here for almost 5 years. I am a musician, a landscaper, and a tv repairman. Building is 55 +, but management has some adaptability there.
