Very good neighborhood full of mostly families and university students close to uofc, brentwood station and market mall, next to a school so there isn’t much crime in the area.

two female students who are quiet and busy with work and school. There is one female (spayed) cat who is very clean and polite. we are both fourth year students with about 1.5 years left in our respective degrees. we’re both pretty chill and mostly do our own thing besides having little roommate hangout nights where we watch movies and eat.
