About the room
Split level brand new duplex with shared kitchen area upstairs, you would have the large living space and bathroom downstairs. Some storage space available in garage and basement area if needed. Could be furnished or not, to be discussed.
Upstairs would be a single dad (42) and his kids half the time. We have a family dog who’s chill and friendly. I am not home a lot with work and life.
Laundry is shared and downstairs as well. And some small appliances if needed for food/drink storage or heat up.
Rent includes parking, utilities, internet. Required is first and last month’s rent and last will be held as deposit and 60 days notice is given. Will apply to the last month’s rent. Looking for a 4 month commitment but will discuss.
About the roomies
Single dad (42) and two younger boys (13, 10). Boys would be there half the time and would retain the upstairs living space.
