We have an unfurnished room available with a private ensuite washroom. The room is large and includes two closets. The house has a full shared kitchen as well as a free-use washer and dryer in the basement. There is a bus stop a 5 minute walk away. We’re a less than 10 minute drive to Carleton University and a 30 minute bus ride to Algonquin College. Rent is $800 per month, all utilities and internet included.

We’re a household of four girls. Two of us are students and two working, so we all have pretty busy schedules. The place is generally quiet as everyone is usually gone for the day! Everyone’s super easygoing and respectful of each other. Please reach out if you have any questions!
