Looking for a comfortable, friendly shared accommodation? I’m offering a spacious basement suite in my home, available immediately! Enjoy privacy and plenty of natural light thanks to a large egress window in the generously sized bedroom—perfect for a queen bed, furniture, and more. All utilities are included in the price (heat, water, electricity, internet, cable)!

Your private area includes:

• Large bedroom (bring your own furnishings!)
• Your own 3-piece bathroom (with a shower)
• Spacious family room area (great for a couch, TV and office setup)
• Utility room with small sink and a dining nook
• Extra storage space negotiable (with some owner access as needed)
• 1 parking spot in the attached garage (suitable for regular vehicles)
• There is a door to the basement for extra privacy and to keep my cats from going into the basement

All areas are unfurnished and freshly cleaned—ready for you to add your personal touch. There’s also a bookshelf in the bedroom that can be relocated if you wish.

About the household: I share my home with six well-loved cats—all kept upstairs. Cat lovers are a must! The basement suite is cat-free, though my kitties might try to visit if the door is open. You are: A non-smoker, working professional, and respectful of shared spaces and property. Above all, I value open communication and a friendly, considerate atmosphere.

I’m a mature, laid-back professional and currently the only resident here—the second floor is my personal space. My lifestyle is quiet and low-key: I work Monday to Friday outside the home, while weekends are for relaxing or catching up on errands. While I don’t party, I do enjoy the occasional social gathering, a good glass of wine, and cozy evenings in.

I love making my home a comfortable, welcoming place. If you’d like, you’re welcome to join me for a Netflix night upstairs, and you’re free to enjoy the shared main floor (you are not expected to be a basement dweller!). If you play piano, there’s even a piano in the living room waiting to be played!

The house is in SW Calgary, in a friendly neighbourhood near the Taza Costco—convenient for shopping and quick access to amenities, the SW ring road, major roadways and a short drive to the LRT (bus system is not the greatest in the neighbourhood, but it does exist)
