Near Cliff dive Elementary so its close to buses & grocery.

Myself and my partner are easygoing, who enjoy board game nights, the occasional dinner party, and keeping the space low-key, cozy, and respectful. In our thirties

We have one super-friendly indoor cat who is on a hypoallergenic diet because I’m allergic to cats, haha. (other pets possible with landlord approval + pet deposit)

I work as a teacher and a support worker for children and adults with disabilities. And I am also comfortable possibly renting for semi-supportive living / respite

we will be living in the semi private downstairs unit
