The room is actually two rooms in the basement so there’s lots of space. Separate entrance. I did put females preferred but open to possibly having a male. I get my kids every other weekend and refuse to have a strange male in my house around my 13 year old daughter as I like my life and don’t need to go to jail for… Well you know….so a responsible female is preferred. I work in fort Mac on a week on week off schedule which leaves you the whole place to yourself. It’s by Riverbend which is a very nice area for walks and safety. Nice place. Nice furniture. You do your thing and I do mine. Just be normal. I’m super easy going and clean (most the time so I’m not a neat freak) . I don’t have pics up yet but the lower price is for the inconvenience of having to go upstairs for the washroom. Although there is a sink setup in the room (I think it may have been a nail place before) definately great value for someone looking to save up to move on. Short term is ok. And so Is long term. I’m very very reasonable and still belive there’s people with honour out the who wouldn’t need a contract to just have respect for someone’s place and pay rent on time.

I’m nice. I’m clean. Also a bit shy at first. Very respectful. I have a great job, great kids and very little stress in my life. I was hesitant to get another roomie but I’ll see what’s out there. The room is also unfurnished so bring you own bed and stuff
