For $1500 + utilities (internet + hydro is approx. $60-$80/mth) you share a spacious 2br+2bth+den 900sqft apartment with your own private bedroom and bathroom in a great neighbourhood and quiet building. Minutes to UofT, Toronto Film School, TMU as well as College & Queens Park subway stations. Plenty of food options nearby and grocery stores (Loblaws, Farm Boy, Metro, Rabba, Longo’s, H Mart, Independent) and a 10-15min walk to Eaton Centre, and Bloor Station. Amenities include gym, pool, sauna, jacuzzi, game room, theatre, visitor parking, etc. Bedroom comes furnished with a bed (needs a frame) a 30in TV, clothing rack, and a vanity mirror but I can remove them if you have your own.

First and last months rent plus $150 key deposit required. Key deposit will be returned at the end of sublease. Willing to do month-to-month as long as you give me a 30-day advance notice.

All round respectful chill guy who is a professional actor with a part-time 9-5 from Tuesday to Thursday. When I’m at home I like to cook, watch tv, read, work out, and work on my auditions.
