I am offering a cozy, fully furnished room for rent in the vibrant heart of Downtown Calgary (733-14 Ave SW). I’m looking for a kind-hearted woman or man who values a peaceful living environment. (Sorry, no children or pets. For couples, the rent is $1500 + $100 for internet.)
The room will be available starting May 1st for $950/month + $50 for internet, with all utilities included. First and last month’s rent is required as a deposit.
Viewings are available daily between 7 pm and 9 pm.
