both bedrooms on the second floor. bedroom 1 has a proper clost, bedroom 2 has a harry potter style under-the-stairs closet. both rooms freshly painted.

property: 5BDR 2BTH, kitchen and dining room, living room/common area. laundry on second floor.

area: near enough to downtown, (10 min walk) but also tucked away enough to not get your bike stolen. we are near charlotte and park. close to everything.

we are all currently smokers. not a good environment if youre trying to quit.
