The room (and the private bathroom) are perfectly situated near the unit’s entrance (a quick access to the unit). The room will have the bare necessities (a working desk, a quite comfortable sofa bed, and a spacious closet.

The room which will be in the corner east side of the condo will be facing out a nice skylight view (gorgeous view especially during sunrise and sunset!). The room will have a private entrance to the very spacious balcony (perfect for entertaining small groups!)

The shared common space (to be shared with only ONE person!) is equally wide and spacious (separating your room to the Master Room) The lounge/kitchen will also have the bare necessities a sectional sofa, a flat screen tv, a coffee table, and also an entrance to the balcony) The communal kitchen will have 4 person island dinner table with 4 stools, stove, microwave, fridge (and also a an xtra freezer) and kitchen sink. The unit will have a few months old washer & dryer.

Essential stores and market are also close by, with walking distance to Costco (about 20 minutes), Starbucks, LCBO, and few fast-food chain and tons of Filipino restaurants nearby! Parking and storage room NOT included.

The building has a 24-hour live concierge with a very efficient package delivery and receiving system. The building will also have the essential amenities; gym, impressive swimming pool, steam room and a very spacious outdoor tanning & BBQ area (perfect for entertaining large groups!) and a convenience store downstairs.

I am looking for a quiet and clean tenant (non-smoker/NO PETS!) preferably someone who is mindful of the home and its content, energy consumptions, noise conscious, the other tenant, and as well as, the quiet neighbours. This is a perfect room for a quiet and clean self-supporting student who does not want any distractions or solo adult professional with a stable job. This is a fixed one-year term with (with a 6th month review)
1st and last month are required and tenant insurance are required. Proper credentials, proof of income, credit standing will be conducted, and employment letter will be asked to supply. A showing and in-person interview will be held every MONDAY, TUESDAY, and WEDNESDAY between 9:00 AM – 3PM with the Landlord with appointment. (please note that the Landlord’s dog might be present during the interview - the dog is harmless but gets over excited.

This is one of the 2 rooms that will be available for rent as early as January 15th (one is the is the Master room with an ensuite - . My name is Randy, I co-own this unit with a former spouse and I am also the landlord (not going to live here) I work in hospitality. I had 2 tenants before - one adult male professional and stayed for 2 years and one Japanese international student (short stay) because he needs to go back to Japan.
