About the room

A bright and extra spacious FULLY FURNISHED – MASTER ROOM (with ensuite bathroom) in an equally bright and spacious 2-bedroom condo within steps of Wilson Subway Stations (and only a bus ride to Yorkmills Subway Station – Yonge Line).

This lovely room is further away from the entrance of the unit and it is separated by the spacious lounge/common area. It is on west side of the unit, with a wider view of the skylight! (gorgeous view of the sunrise to wake up on and the picturesque sunset!).

This Master room will have the bare necessities (a working desk, a King size bed (which will be fully steamed cleaned for the next tenant), a working desk, extra spacious closet and a private ensuite fully functional 3 pcs. bathroom! The room will have a private entrance to a very spacious balcony with a panoramic view (perfect for entertaining small groups!)

The 3 pcs. fully functional private bathroom will have a (2-person size) stand only shower, with rainfall shower and digital temperature monitor. The shared common space (to be shared with only ONE person!) is equally wide and spacious (separating your room – the Master, to the 2nd room) The lounge/kitchen will also have the bare necessities; a sectional sofa, a flat screen tv, a coffee table, and also an entrance to the balcony).The communal kitchen will have 4 person island dinner table with 4 stools, stove, microwave, fridge (and also an extra freezer) and kitchen sink. The unit will have a few months old triple washer & dryer (perfect for heavy laundry days!)

The building has a 24-hour concierge and security with a very efficient package delivery and receiving system. The building will also have the essential amenities; gym, impressive swimming pool, steam room and a very spacious outdoor tanning & BBQ area (perfect for entertaining large groups!) and a convenience store downstairs.

Essential stores and market are also close by, with walking distance to Costco (about 20 minutes), Starbucks, LCBO, and few fast-food chain and tons of Filipino restaurants nearby. Yorkdale Shopping is one subway down from Wilson Station and downtown is a few subways down (about 25 mins).

Parking and storage room NOT included. I am looking for a quiet and clean tenant (non-smoker/no pets preferably someone who is mindful of the following; - home and its content,

  • energy consumptions (water & electricity)
  • the other tenant and as well as,
  • the quiet neighbours.

This is a perfect room for a quiet and clean self-supporting student who does not want any distractions OR solo adult professional with a stable job. 6 months minimum stay (1 year maximum -extension can be negotiated based on good standing; rent on time, good care of the home, etc.)

The strong candidate will have the following;

  • First and last months rent (if selected)
  • Tenant insurance (if selected)
  • Most recent employment letter (in the company’s letterhead) stating the following; tenure, job description and statement of wage (bonus if you have this on- hand if selected for the interview and/or if you are student, a letter from the school will be also be required.
  • Most recent paystub (bonus if you have this on- hand
    if selected for the interview)
  • Proper credentials; IDs, passport, status card (if (selected)
  • Most recent background check and most recent credit history report (will most definitely be asked if selected).
  • Candidates who are EFFICIENT when it comes to people’s time and documents will be highly considered.

A showing and in-person interview will be held every MONDAY, TUESDAY, and WEDNESDAY between 9:00 AM – 3PM with appointment, with the Landlord (please note that the Landlord’s dog might be present during the interview)

The room is $1450 utilities and internet included and will be available as early as JAN 15th, 2026 - (PICTURES ATTACHED) Please note that some minor repairs and minor upgrades might be conducted between the move in date and March 1st, 2026 and will be communicated and coordinated to everyone in advanced.

PLEASE READ: This room is one of the 2 rooms that will be available for rent as early as January 15th, 2026 (one is the office/bedroom). My name is Randy, I co-own this unit with a former spouse and I am also the landlord. I work in hospitality. I had 2 tenants before - one adult male professional and stayed for 2 years and one Japanese international student (short stay) because he needs to go back to Japan.
