Your bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and an extra-large built-in walk-in closet. The room is already set up with a 50“ smart TV on a Kallax bench for additional entertainment storage. There is plenty of natural light from the oversized custom window dressed with sheer and blackout curtains, a closet window and a bathroom skylight.

A parking space is available for an SUV or a car in our private, insulated garage. Otherwise, there is ample parking space on our extra-wide street. You will have access to a shared laundry room and the main floor, fully equipped with new LG appliances. The main floor features an open-concept chef’s dream kitchen, with a gas range and well-stocked cabinets. You will have your own designated space in the kitchen to keep your items separated. Though we do encourage our roomies to utilize our large variety of spices.

The rental includes utilities, internet, home security and monthly professional cleaning.

Roomies must be dog-friendly, as our laid-back 8-year-old English bulldog travels with us. Though she loves human attention, she doesn’t do well with other animals, so we don’t permit other pets into our home.

This is a sober household. We do not allow alcohol or drugs into our home. This home is smoke-free and NOT cannabis-friendly. You are welcome to have drinks away, but we do not tolerate partiers.

My husband and I are staying in Edmonton for work, and we occasionally stop in at the house with our dog to check on things and visit family in Calgary.

We have a roomie renting the basement who mostly keeps to himself. And we do not allow any drugs or alcohol in our home.
