Hello, I am early forties cacasuin male I am quite , clean and know to properly communicate if issues arise that need to be discussed. I clean regularly and would hope the person that moves in would be willing to clean regularly also. I have no pets but its okay you do as there is aloud pets here. There is only me that lives in the apartment however I do have my girlfriend come by once in a while and if you have a significant other they are aloud to spend the night once in a while also. Also I dont mind if drinking happens in the house but on weekends. I am cannabis friendly and smoking however they both must be done outside.
