Quiet neighborhood and away from high traffic areas. We have been renting this property for over 15 years have a good standing reference and experience with different tenants throughout the years.

We aim to provide a comfortable, respectful and to every tenant as we ourselves are one too. Maintaining harmony and keeping the place tidy and clean.

We provide the basic house supplies like toilet papers, dish detergents, house cleaners and have equipment in the kitchen like coffee makers, microwave and pots/pans.

Utilities are all included in the rent with our High speed internet, Hydro and in suite laundry room.

The room comes with a semi brand new double bed, brand new sheets and pillows a desk and chair and simple cabinets. Spacious and have natural lighting.

My partner and I have been here for 15 plus years and is the main tenant of this place. We take care of this property and have good standing reference with everyone.

Both me and my partner are full time workers Mon - Friday. So most of the time we are out the whole day and home in the night. We do our own thing as in our spare time we work out, eat out or stay in and watch some movies.

The other roomies are also full time workers and 1 about to finish his college both are very quiet and mostly stays on their room. Never had issue with noise or cleanliness with them.

The only time we are in the common area is when we use the kitchen to cook our food or heat some food. So you will not expect high traffic around.

Other than that we are quiet, respectful and clean individuals.
