A room is now available in this beautiful furnished 3-bedroom apartment in La Petite Patrie. We are searching for a student or young professional looking for a bedroom in a shared living space.

The room is at $700, which comes with a bed, desk, and chair, as well as a closet and a small bookshelf. The price includes all amenities such as hydro and Wi-fi. There is no washer/dryer in the apartment but there is a laundromat 10 minutes walking distance away. There is equally an extra small room in the apartment used for storage as well.

The room is available from March 20th 2026 until June 30th 2026, with the possibility of renewing the lease.

The apartment is located near many Bixi stations, as well as bus 10, 45, and 18, which all serve streets Papineau, Beaubien, and de Lorimier. Metro Fabre (blue line) is a 10 minute walk away while metro Beaubien (orange line) is 15 minutes away.

There is a cat in the apartment so if you have any questions, concerns, potential allergies, feel free to ask. Overall though, pets are allowed in the apartment.

Une chambre est maintenant disponible dans ce magnifique appartement meublé de 3 chambres situé dans La Petite-Patrie. Nous recherchons un étudiant ou un jeune professionnel à la recherche d’une chambre dans un logement partagé.

La chambre est à 700 $, et comprend un lit, un bureau, une chaise, un placard ainsi qu’une petite bibliothèque. Le prix inclut toutes les commodités telles que l’électricité (Hydro) et le Wi-Fi. Il n’y a pas de laveuse/sécheuse dans l’appartement, mais il y a une buanderie à environ 10 minutes à pied. Il y a également une petite pièce supplémentaire utilisée pour le rangement.

La chambre est disponible du 20 mars 2026 au 30 juin 2026, avec possibilité de renouveler le bail.

L’appartement est situé près de plusieurs stations Bixi, ainsi que des bus 10, 45 et 18, qui desservent les rues Papineau, Beaubien et De Lorimier. Le métro Fabre (ligne bleue) est à 10 minutes à pied, tandis que le métro Beaubien (ligne orange) est à environ 15 minutes à pied.

Il y a un chat dans l’appartement, donc si vous avez des questions, des inquiétudes ou des allergies potentielles, n’hésitez pas à nous en faire part. Cependant, les animaux sont permis dans l’appartement.

Stef (21M): I am a student in Cinema at Concordia and by night, I am a server and bartender in a movie theater. I am also a photographer and videographer on the side so I’m always hands deep in a new project. When I am able to find some free time, I enjoy staying at home to watch a movie/show or to go out with friends, whether it’s a bar or to the next musical festival/rave!

Alex (29M): I’m pretty laid back and calm, you won’t have to worry about any noise coming from my room. I am an online English teacher but I am also a musician on the side. I am in two different bands and on my free time, I’m usually in my room creating some new songs!

Stef (21M) : Je suis étudiant en cinéma à Concordia et le soir je travaille comme serveur et barman dans un cinéma. Je suis aussi photographe et vidéaste à côté, donc je suis souvent plongé dans un nouveau projet. Quand j’ai du temps libre, j’aime rester à la maison pour regarder un film ou une série, ou sortir avec des amis, que ce soit dans un bar ou à un festival de musique/rave !

Alex (29M) : Je suis quelqu’un d’assez calme et relax, donc vous n’aurez pas à vous inquiéter du bruit venant de ma chambre. Je suis professeur d’anglais en ligne, mais aussi musicien. Je joue dans deux groupes, et pendant mon temps libre je suis généralement dans ma chambre à créer de nouvelles chansons !
