I have a 5yr old, three storey gated community townhouse, 3 bed, 2 bath, laundry, AC, all the modern features. Convenient distance to everything.

One bedroom with twin bed , shared storage room. I don’t use the main-floor/kitchen much, mostly in my downstairs office. Very spacious. Parking for one.

Just me and my cat. I am a 3D designer and own a 3d Printing company. I spend most of my time working my home business, my hours are flexible most days.

My cat is well behaved and affectionate with familiar faces.
I don’t cook, but I take care of cleaning and maintenance quite well. I also have work to offer for anyone interested.
