The apartment is on the 3rd(top) floor of the house. The room up for rent is the master bedroom( 150sqft) with north facing windows and closet space. Only adjoining wall is to the bathroom so very little sound pollution. There is a shared bathroom, kitchen, and if you like living room. I currently have my office space tucked into the corner of the living room but the remainder of the space is open. The cost has all utilities included so will be $1200 will be the cost no surprises. That covers the room, power, gas, and internet. The area is fairly quiet usually but there is some construction happening that will stop in the winter for the most part. The house is located right next to a bus line that goes north south as well as a streetcar line that goes east west. The house is also close to St. Clair subway or if you want a short walk to St. Clair West.

It is just me and my cat. I work at an animal hospital so am out during the day for the most part but sometimes have to travel for my second job. I’m fairly easy going as long as you respect my property and my cat.
