This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath house in Caswell Hill with a huge back yard (including a fire pit). All common spaces (living room & kitchen) are fully furnished including kitchen appliances, utensils, plates, pots/pans, etc. so you’d just need to bring whatever you want to have in your room! The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, and other standard appliances which are newly updates. Laundry is shared with the basement tenant and myself. Street parking is available and extension cords can be provided for the winter if needed. No smoking is allowed in the home but outside is fine. The current tenant of the room for rent is still living there but will be out by the end of October. Additional storage in the room itself is a bit limited but there are options in the basement and outdoor shed. Please feel free to ask any other questions!

I am a 26 year old veterinary student looking for a roommate until mid summer. I’m quite quiet as I’m often studying but am happy to chat and do things together from time to time. I have a cat named Finn that lives with me full time. I also have a dog that typically lives with my parents but stays with me occasionally. I am willing to consider another cat but not another dog just given the limited space. I’m a very clean person and do a general clean once per week. I expect the responsibilities of house cleaning, yard work, and shovelling in the winter to be roughly split between all people (the basement tenant helps with the outside stuff too). Finally, I do have celiac disease so I’ll ask that you be mindful with kitchen contamination.
