Room in a basement suite sharing with two other people when full. It’s cheap, bills are every 3 months. Internet is separate and is every month $60 between 3. It’s close to Nanaimo and Renfrew skytrain stations. It’s a quiet and safe area. The only downside is the basement is quite small as is the bathroom.

Currently it’s just myself living in the basement but room for two others. I’m 25, from Ireland and I work construction 5 days a week. I’m friendly and will chat but I also respect other’s privacy and value my own as well. Any other questions let me know.
