Hi everyone, my fiancée and I are looking for one more renter for the lower level of our house (female only as the other renter downstairs is also female) available immediately. Ideally looking for someone to sign a 6-12 month lease but would consider other lease terms.

The pictures include the private room, the bathroom and living room that you would share with one other girl, and the kitchen and laundry room which are shared by the whole house. We have two fridges and a large chest freezer downstairs for extra food storage. The room is unfurnished (there is a full size bed frame and we could discuss getting a mattress if you need/want to use it) but everything in the kitchen is for everyone’s use. Half of the big room downstairs is also yours to make it into whatever you want (office/living room/crafts area).

Rent would be $600/month, plus 25% of utilities (historically around $70-90). No drugs/smoking inside/pets.

Big backyard and front yard. There is plenty of free street parking. Central location in the city (Ogden) with easy transit access, only an 8 minute drive to Chinook Centre, 12 minutes to MRU, and very easy access to trails along the Bow River. Very safe neighborhood (have lived here my whole life with no issues), and neighbors that have lived here 15+ years.

A little about me (24) and my fiancé (30): we are both students going into our last year of school. He studies law at U of C and I’m studying osteopathy. We are both quiet, respectful and love keeping a clean space. We both stay active and do lots of outdoor sports. We are happy to chat and hang out when we are all home but also tend to keep very busy between our school and work commitments.

The other girl downstairs is 23 and a full time student at MRU. We would ideally like to find someone in our age range but are open to anyone who is respectful and clean.
