I am looking to rent a room in my 3 bedroom apartment in West Bedford starting whenever. Open to short term or long term. I do have cats so you MUST BE OK WITH CATS (for those that it matters to).

The room can be furnished or unfurnished. The bedroom is the largest of the 3 bedrooms with a double door closet, the main bathroom is right beside the bedroom door. Curently, it is the room with the two queen beds in it (and can remove one or both). The whole apartment is furnished. The third small bedroom is set up as an office if you need an office for anything. There is a large balcony currently with two three seater couches and still room. This building is a brand new build of 2025, I am it’s first tenant.

Asking $1150/month utilities included (heating, water, and hot water included) and willing to include my indoor parking space for a fee. There is a gym in the building and a car wash bay free for all residents. PRICE IS NEGOTIABLE.

I am a 31 year old healthcare worker and I Am the only tenant at this time. I enjoy hiking, nature, working out, dining out, and time with friends or family. I like to be social and also like my alone time so I’m pretty easy going.
